How long do you all cream the butter and sugar?The recipe says until light and fluffy- what does that mean?Thanks
Cream it for about thirty seconds AFTER it is all very well combined. It should be fine by then.
I make sure my butter is at room temperature and after combining, I beat until it is pale in color usually about 5 minutes.
