Hello - it is me again. And I am hoping that I can get your opinions and advice. I have been approached at work to make a birthday cake once a month for our group. There is probably about 35 to 40 people. I would assume that I need to make at least a 1/2 sheet cake. But not real sure what to charge. I would normally charge about $45, but I know I will need to bring plates and such too. Do you think if I asked for $50 that would be to much or an o.k. amount. Thanks in advance for your opinion.

That will probably depend on the "bunch" you work with. Make sure you cover your costs without going overboard so they will have you make them. It will also get you some advertising!

Good Luck!

Hi Bubbles,
I agree with the cakemaker, you will get alot of advertising this way.
I think your hands are full with just the cake, can somone else cheap in and get the plates and what ever else everybody needs to eat with??
45 is a good amount to charge for this size.
