I have seen so many GREAT cake combinations! I have not yet seen a form with people taking about there favorites, so I thought I would start one!
Since I am still a little new to cake decorating I have not really tried that many different flavors of Fillings or even cakes for that matter
My favorite would have to be White cake with Cherry or Strawberry Fillings. I do also Like Chocolate with cookies n cream. I have only really made the buttercream and the royal icing.
SO WHATS YOUR'S 
I have gotten rave reviews for WASC with raspberry mousse filling, chocolate with cookies and cream filling, strawberry with cheesecake filling and chocolate fudge with mint buttercream filling- these just scratch the surface, there are so many wonderful combo's!
Some of my favorites:
white cake with raspberry mousse filling
chocolate cake with cherry filling (solo cherry pastry mixed with buttercream)
chocolate with peppermint (crushed candies mixed with buttercream)
My latest favorite is hazelnut cake with nutella mousse
filling. There are so many, but these are my favorites... right now.

How do you make thoes yummy sounding fillings? I am starting to branch out in the filling area and would LOVE a few pointers. PM me if needed.
My favorite is Chocolate fudge cake with Chocolate berry filling.
