The flavor is the best yet! However, could someone remind me. Do I replace the oil or the water with the creamer? icon_confused.gif

Ok, so what icing flavors do you use with this? I'm thinking cream cheese, but what fillings and combos can you come up with?

Thanks for helping me get my mind started !!

I was excited too when I saw it in the grocery store the other day. They were 2 for $4.00 so I bought one pumpkin pie and the other eggnog to try. Can't wait to bake with them this weekend! icon_biggrin.gif

Are you just using it in a regular white or yellow cake mix? Or do you need to start with more of a spice cake for your base?

Can you freeze them for later use? Maybe freeze in smaller portions?

RCS......you can use the creamers in any recipe, just let your imagination run wild. All you need to do is replace the water or milk of a recipe with the coffee mate flavor of your choice.

penguinprincess.........yes, you can freeze the bottles of coffee mate.

Do you use these in the cake mix or the icing? I've never used them before.

You can use it in both cake and icing. It is very good!
