Help!!! Need An Outstanding White Choc Macadamia Nut Recipie

Ok CCers I am having an issue. One of my biggest clients has requested that I make white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. So far I have made 3 diffrent recipies and non of them are producing what I am enviosining. I am looking for real big fat chunky soft chewy Mrs F style cookies and so far I can't seem to make it happen.
So can someone please please please point in the right direction, I am really sick of comping this woman cookies becasue I can't get the recipie right

i absolutely love this recipe, i use it as a base for the majority of my cookies recipes, i just sub out the ch chips. people rave about my them.
INGREDIENTS:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup margarine, softened
1/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine flour and baking soda. Set aside. In another large mixing bowl, combine butter, white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and pudding mix. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually stir in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop batter by heaping teaspoonfuls, about 2 inches apart, onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, or until browned.

I use that recipe all of the time as well, but for my white chocolate macadamia nut cookies I use coconut extract instead of vanilla, and when I make them for my dad I use instant coconut pudding, and also add coconut to them as well.
Wow. Thanks for posting the thread and thanks for posting the recipe. My son loves those cookies. I'll have to try them out for him.
One question. What does the pudding do?
