I have 2 cakes for this Saturday...
I am doing a 3 tier fondant covered wedding cake (simple decorations with ribbon and silk leaves) as well as my niece's 5th birthday cake. In total, I'm baking 3 flavors of cake... I also work full time at the hospital, so I kind of have to do things in stages ![]()
How soon should I start baking? Usually, I only do one cake per weekend!
