Patterned Fondant? 0_O

Well. I have to make a ninja turtles cake for a 3 year old's birthday on October 9th. I have it all planned out. It'll be a 9 inch round on a cadboard round decorated like a pizza, with little rats and a lamp post. It'll be covered in fondant...with a shell pattern. And then on the top, it will be like a road, with a sculpture of one of the turtles coming out of the sewer.

My question is: how do I pull this off? I'm very inexperienced and have no idea where to start! Not just the patterned fondant, but everything. T^T The sculpture, the top...
