Hi! I went on a frenzy yesterday at Michaels using all my 40% coupons that friends give me icon_smile.gif
I bought the soccer ball cake pan. Made a chocolate cake mix in it last night. Problem was that the inside/middle of the cake was NOT done but the outside was. I didn't want to overcook it and BURN the outside.
Any suggestions on how to get the whole cake baked evenly?

I haven't used this pan, but I have the easter egg pan, similar shape...

Maybe bake it at 325 instead of 350 F to make it a slower process... That way your sides won't burn or bake as fast....
