i need help making a tiarra for a princess cake but cannot use meringue in it Any ideas

Are you planning to make a 3D tiara?? I have made them out of chocolate/candy melts. I don't know if they contain any egg or dairy, but it's something to look into if you have a package of candy melts laying around.

or you could form it out of rolls of fondant and let it dry for a couple of days.
