That is one heck of a sculpting job!!! Awesome! How many cakes did you have to stack to sculpt such a masterpiece, and how many cake balls can ya make with the scraps? LOL
LOL. I was going to take a pic of all the scraps and say, " you guys think I should make some cake balls?" I've got two heaping pans of scraps. I started with eight half sheet cakes and carved from there.
Here's a view from the front of the gator. Thank you all for the kind words! I had so much fun making this cake. When I told her I could do it, I had no idea how. I can't tell you how many prayers I said while I was making this one. I am so greatful that it turned out!

That was a real eye bugger! My DH was even impressed and he is hard to impress! I may spen 10 hours on a cake ond get and "uh huh". He said WOW!

LOL. I didn't know how messsy an airbrush could be. This is the first cake I've used my airbrush for, and I've got green everywhere! I even had green spots on the top of my feet from the holes in the top of my Crocks.
