I'm looking for a recipe for whipped cream Icing that is not to soft. Does anyone out there have a good recipe they would share?

I forgot to add that I'm in TX where the humidty and heat are horrible at times. Any help anyone can give is greatly appreciated!

This may be something you want to try:

There is cream cheese in it, but with the whipped cream, it has a very light cream cheese taste, but it is more stable than a plain whipped cream frosting. It has rave reviews on the website, and the customer I made it for loved it. For the filling, I mixed some strawberry preserves into some of the frosting and it was just wonderful.
