I have to make a baby shower cake for a friend this weekend. I would like to use fondant on the cake but I have not attempted to make my own yet. I have heard great things about Satin Ice but it is not available at my local cake supply store. They do carry Fondx though. Would y'all recommend this brand? It has to taste better than Wilton but is it really good? Should I suck it up and try making my own?

I use FondX by the truckload. LOVE IT!!!! Tastes better than Satin Ice, IMO.
