I've baked my cakes up, and know that I need to cover them. I use the pour fondant, correct? Can I just use my own MMF and add a little corn syrup to be more liquidy? (Doubt that's even a word!) Any help is appreciated, as this is my first go with them.

Thanks!
Amy

Newton is in the foothills of NC. I'm about 5 minutes from Hickory, and around 30 minutes west of Charlotte. Cool, NC girls!!! icon_smile.gif

Re: petit fours...I'm just going to use my candy melts for these. I received an email order last night for these for later today. Normally, I don't do orders on such a short notice...can't...but I'm not that busy today. icon_smile.gif

I use the poured fondant recipe from wilton, only instead of pouring, I dip them.
