Not sure if this is proper place to post this. But I was skimming through a copy of Christmas Gifts of Good Taste that is published every year that I had checked out of the library. This particular edition (1999) had the cutest little cakes about 3" big.

White cake that is dyed green. Says to bake on a jellyroll pan and be able to cut out 27 cakes (the cake is cut into thirds lengthwise and get 9 cakes out of each section). The icing that is glazed over the surface is dyed green as well. Then a candy cane is inserted at one end as the trunk.

Unfortunately I don't. Sorry. But you should be able to find the book at the local library. I double checked at the Leisure Arts website and they don't have it available.
