I did it, I did it, I did it!!!!!! I passed the inspection, filed for my license and even got my FID today.... sooooo stoked.... just in time for my most busiest scheduled weekend yet and I am scared to death because this will be my toughest cake and most challenging time crunch, but hey, I AM LEGAL and in ALABAMA parts that is "something to be proud of!"... so doing the happy dance tonight... just wanted to share with my fellow cc'ers... off to the oven I go!
