Hi there,

I would like to frost my cupcakes with meringue frosting. My question is, if it is possible which recipe should I use:

cooked Meringue or uncook meringue?

For the uncook meringue the recipe calls for:
Egg white & powdered sugar

For the cooked meringue recipe call for:
Egg white, sugar and water

I would like to try both but is it possible without having to bake it again? Can we just pipe it on top of the cupcakes then ready to serve?
Can I use it to pipe roses?

Please help me...Thanks

Most recipes the egss whites are basically cooked. If you temp it there is no problems. I use SMBC for all my cakes.
