Hi,
I have a request for lemon cake, as part of a wedding cake. The other tiers will be chocolate and white, which I feel I have great recipes for. I am having a hard time finding a lemon cake recipe that is not dependent on the frosting as part of the lemon flavoring.
So, I would love it if someone could send a great lemon cake recipe my way!! Preferably not from scratch, since this couple does not like that texture

Check out the recipe forums. There have been two posts lately about lemon cakes using mixes.
