Adding Pudding To A Banana Nut, Strawberry Or Carrot Cake?

could i add pudding or jello (i forget which it is to make the cake more moist and thicker??) to a banana nut cupcakes? or strawberry cupcakes? how about carrot cake?

see im making my daughter banana nut and strawberry cupcakes ad a carrot cake on the side for her birthday..
thanks so much for any tips..

ALSO is there any BEST recipes for the ones im lookin in? THANKS ALOT AGAIN

Instant pudding is mostly sugar and some modified food starch. Adding too much sugar, and/or fat or leavening to a cake will cause it to fall. icon_sad.gif
