I wish Wilton still sold that poster that showed things you can do with each tip. I know that somewhere there is a print out but I really like that big poster. Okay - enough whining.

I am making some cupcakes for college classmates and want to do an orange buttercream swirl. What would be some good tips to use?

Just an observation of something I did today - I was covering some little cakes with pourable ganache. I decided to use a little ganache and some raspberry filling combined for a filling. It doesn't look attractive and it doesn't taste very good either. I won't be trying that one again.

TIA - Joan

I use a tip 21 for regular cupcakes and a tip 17 for minis.

The tip I use is 2010 (I think that is right), which is comparable to the 1M tip!!!
