I want to make an 'edible' eiffel tower, similar to the one shown in this pic (cake by 'let them eat cake'). Does anyone know how to do this?
I have also heard of peple making them from royal, but have not seen it. Is this a better way?

Thanks!
LL

The pattern for the Eiffel tower in royal is in the latest copy of American Cake Decorating still on shelves now. They have made it pretty easy to follow and assemble.

That one looks like they made three or four sides out of gumpaste and then glued them together with royal icing and drew on it, maybe with food pen?

Can someone scan and PM the instructions to me? Sorry, I know it is a lot to ask, but they don't sell this magazine in Canada (at least not that I have found in Montreal).

Thanks!

I thought it looked like white chocolate with black food marker lines on it.

I would love that too! I'd love the challenge to try that

I am not sure if you can post it on a public forum, but I think you can PM it...perhaps someone else knows the technical rules on copyrights??

well i am happy to do it if it's legal.. I just want to be sure first. I paid for my magazine ( i have a subscription) but posting it without permission for reproduction could be iffy
