Help I am completely at odds. NO IDEAS need to have my pulse checked... never happens!!!!!!! 
They are in thier 50's so they can't be too child-ish...I am thinking two cakes...layers but what HELP!!!!!!
Opps sorry the cake is for 2 sisters...one is her mother and the other is her aunt! I am sorking on the common interest but I am not sure there is one! I may just have to do like an pink and red and red and pink...
For thier age group what comes to mind is Doublemint gum! That should be kind of easy. Their commercials from the 70s always had twins on it. Their saying was "double your pleasure, double your fun".
