Hi Everyone!!

I'm making the Viva Method Buttercream but I'm from Canada and we don't have Viva papertowels!! What else could Iuse to get the sides as smooth as possible????

anything that doe not have texture, should work.....

I use a mini foam paint roller - works great. Let the buttercream crust a bit, then roll over it for a smooth finish!

after your buttercream has crusted you can use either parchment paper or copy paper (plain white printer paper). use your spat or a fondant smoother to "iron" out the wrinkles and bumps
