My family doesn't like cake balls and I hated to throw away all that good cake! icon_lol.gif (even thought my waist says I should...)

So I have started pressing the cake scraps in the bottom of a glass pie pan and then covering with whatever buttercream or chocolate fudge icing I have been using on the cake.

Yum!!!No waste around here. Kids and hubby love it...

You know what, I bet that would make a great crust for a "no bake" cheesecake or cream pie...thanks for the yummy idea.

Yes! Or an ice cream pie. Put softened ice cream in, drizzle with fudge or caramel sauce and freeze. Maybe even top with whipped cream. Mmmmm

I love your idea the idea.

I wanted to use 1 cup of cake ball mix to do a scultuped piece of a cake. I was going to cover it in Chocolate, but it was just too hot and this party was inside and out so I just ended up using RKT.

Good Luck.
