I usually use chocolate, white, yellow or carrot cakes. I want to venture out of my norm. What flavors are you your favorite? What cakes are requested by most of your clients? There are so many to choose from in the recipe section, I am can't decide.
thanks everyone

I have had several clients request german chocolate, mocha, and butter pecan cakes lately. The mocha l recipe on here is FABULOUS!!! I iced it with a chocolate BC then drizzled with darck chocolate ganche for decoration and to cut some of the sweet from the icing. I also saw a recomendation for a butter pecan cake with a maple icing, I haven't tried it but it sounded great!

Hope this helps!
Pam

I get a lot of requests for strawberry and lemon. Marble cakes are another good choice.

I live in the sticks, so variety is not a big deal here, sorry.
