If it "has" to be a sheet cake - do a 1/4 sheet with a 6" on top decorated to look like a glass of champange - carve it out and fill it with beige piping gel, then add a fish inside icon_smile.gif ... ok I'll stop now. icon_smile.gif

I feel your pain. Next weekend I'm making a sheet cake for a co-worker's family get together. She wants one half "Happy BD" for four family members. The other half she wants divided in half again to celebrate two graduations from two different colleges. Different colors for each section. I almost don't want anybody to know it's my cake. icon_sad.gif

Good luck to you!

Do a bottle of champagne with a fish swimming in it, and out of the bottle a fishing pole?

Or a Man finishing and Catching a Champagne Bottle??
