if you go to the are where the regular flour is it should be there. Just ask your friendly grocer to point you in the right direction. Most supermarkets sell it. It looks just like regular flour in whatever brand you use it just says cake flour. HTH

I am pretty sure I don't see it in the supermarket I go to. I guess i'll just have to try other supermarkets.

Thanks for the replies

I bought mine at Wal-Mart where they sell the other flours. It comes in a box and the brand I bought is called "Soft as Silk."

I buy Soft as Silk too. It's right with the regular flour at the grocery stores I go to. Stop & Shop, Pathmark, Shop Rite etc. Not sure which stores you have near you. Good luck with your search.
