Hey guys

I just got a cake order from a co-worker in another department. I'm currently at work and I didn't bring my pricing sheet with me. I usually have it just in case but it has been so long since I've had a cake order.

Can someone tell me how much you would charge for the following:
1/2 sheet cake (yellow cake)
Special delivery cake pan (chocolate cake) stacked on top of the sheet cake
No accessories just decorating both cakes with pink and yellow with a few buttercream icing flowers.

I bought the special delivery cake pan on ebay last night for $39 b/c it is a popular discontinued pan. I figured it would be worth the investment since this pan is soooo popular.

My co-worker is waiting on a quote and needs it today. Please help!

Hey Agent,

For my 1/2 sheets I charge $60. I'm not sure how may the special delivery pan serves, maybe 20. So I would guess about $80.

Hope this helps.
I have the price matrix with me so if you want to give me the sizes if the pans( or amount of people the pan serves), torted?, filling? I can plug in the info for you.

I agree with Mchelle about the price because it is two cakes in one. In my area, I would only be able to get about $60.00.

I have the Special Delivery pan and it will feed about 12-15 people depending on how large the slices are.

Good luck!!

Mchelle
I'll be using the 11x15 sheet pan and the special delivery pan serves 12-15 people just as stephanie214 mentioned.

She (customer) said the count is for 35 people. No filling, no torting. Just yellow and chocolate cake with buttercream icing and basic decorations. Let me know.

Sounds pretty simple, so I would say $70-$80.
