I am proudly introducing my 13 year old niece to Cake Central! She has just recently posted her very first three cakes and I am so incredibly proud of her! Not only are they great for first cakes, but considering she is only 13, WOW! She has such an incredible future ahead of her in the cake business. I had admired your cornelli lace cake. I thought great colors when I saw it posted before this. You are way ahead of the curve girl And you have great family support and to help you along. Thanks to all of you for your encouraging words. I am having fun learning off of CC and from my aunt. I made a cake last night that did not work for me from the very beginning. I will post a picture and show you what I did to fix it. I called it the snowflake cake because I threw a bunch of white chocolate shavings to hide a flawed cake.
