Just made up a DH white cake with extender recipe. This time I substituted Pumpkin Pie Creamer for the liquid. It was yummy with a hint of pumpkin. This week I'm going to experiment with a filling....I'm going to bake up a pumpkin pie without a crust then use the filling to fill a couple of cakes. I think it SOUNDS yummy...but who knows what a mess I will make! (But the cake is just for co-workers anyway....and they get all my practice cakes)

I like French Vanilla, Milk Chocolate, And my newest discovery I made. They had Jello Limited Time pudding ( Pumpkin Spice) I put this with a butter recipe cake mix. Frosted it with Cream cheese frosting or plain OMG. It was AWESOME I couldn't keep it around. My DD was going to have French Vanilla for her Haunted Castle B-Day cake but now she wants my pumpkin creation.
They are begging me to make another one before her Party next Sat. But I don't have time ![]()
