CK Buttercream? I don't think I've heard of it.......

It's made by CK products. It's just a ready made buttercream that you can buy at the cake supply store in different sized buckets.

I would love to know as well. I'd like to know if it is sweet tasting like the standard Wilton recipe. If it s not, then I may pick some up when in a pinch.

It is very good, much better than Wilton. It dries out faster than the buttercream recipe so I mix it half and half with my buttercream. Works great.

if you are talking about country kitchen ready made buttercream , then yes it crusts well and tastes very good. i took my classes at ck and that is what we used to decorate with .
