Hey all... I am working on a cake that isn't due until 9am this morning, but even after 12 hours, my fondant pieces are still somewhat soft. Is there a way that I can speed up the hardening process? I thought about popping them into a low temp oven for a minute or two. Will that work? I don't want to damage them.

Thanks!
Amy

Yes you can turn the oven on get it warm and then turn it off and put your pieces in an open oven for a bit ...

You can put them in a food dehydrator also.

Depending on what your doing there is not any reason why you cant put them on still a bit wet...
