is there a folder that has cake supply stores in each state like they do for states that license home bakers? I love cc and their prices but they don't have a lot of things i need. if anybody can give me names of cake supply stores, i'm in between rochester and buffalo, ny and i'll be traveling to toronto this week, so anything up there would be fine too

Plattsburg is about two hours north of me so it would be 7 hours north of Buffalo. I just learned of Global Sugar Art a few days ago. Two far with gas prices to even bother checking it out.
Quite a trip.
