I have my last gum paste class tomorrow and I have to make a lot of babys breath for the final bouqet. I don't know what they are but they aren't babys breath. icon_cry.gif I forgot to take notes for that one and the book isn't really helping me. I'm doing something wrong in the folding part and they look like folded gum paste!! Can you help?? Please...

Thanks a bunch,
kat

Roll out dough thin and cut w/ any tiny scalloped cutter. With exacto knife, cut each petal in half. On firm surface dusted w/ cornstarch, roll w/ a rounded toothpick back and forth around edge to frill. Brush center with glue and insert hooked 30g wire. Pinch dough together around hook. make 3-5 blossoms of different sizes per spring. Dust base apple green.
Cover wires w/ green floral tape.

I hope this helps
