Thanks, wandy27, for that yellow cake recipe you shared with someone who didn't like the Wilton Butter Cake and wanted a good recipe.

I tried it and so far, I love it. I already had a yellow cake recipe, but I found it was a little too dense for kids. The adults love it, but you know kids, they like a good light birthday party kind of cake. So I'll be using this one from now on for kids cakes.
