I'm sure this has probably been asked before but is Antonia's cookie icing hard (as in to bite into on the cookie)? I just love the look of it but I don't like really hard icing on my cookies. It is just like regular royal icing?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

it has a nice crunch to it but definately not as hard as regular royal icing. its very good.

i used it to make some flowers and they turned out ok so i'm sure you can but be careful with them.
I used her icing for the first time yesterday to do 50 cookies for an order.It was Fantastic!!!! I won't use anything else from now on!!!
