I ordered some countrykitchensa.com fruit sleeve filling. I ordered the Red Raspberry and the Strawberry. I was wanting to make a chocolate cake this week-end with chocolate ganache. Since my fillings should be in by this week-end, I thought about using the Red Raspberry for my filling.

My question is this, in your opinion, is the Red Raspberry better with chocolate or WASC cake?

Thanks,
darkchocolate

In my opinion, everything is better with chocolate.

Both equally good...

I think the red raspberry filling would make your chocolate cake "richer" and your WASC more "elegant". (For me, one wouldn't be better than the other.) Let's see what other's have to say. Whatever you do, though, it's sure to be delicious! Happy baking! icon_smile.gif

Both are good. Chocolate any raspberry and strawberry always works.

can I argue both sides?

Raspberry with chocolate - a lot of people like it, for me I don't care for it but it is up to you for taste

For looks - I like white against the chocoalte (bavarian creme) and I like the red against the white.

So... are you feeling spunky enough to make two cakes? LOL
