The link for the 4-H cake decorating site brings up a broken link, I went to the University of Wyoming web site and got the right link, and when the page comes up you need to click on MANUAL to get the ebook. I got this ebook several months back posted from an old link by mrsmissey if I remember correctly, but with my brain clouds it could have been from someone else. Thanks Doug and WendySue for the link on the fondant ebook.

Doug, THANK YOU! People at work have been asking me to do a beginning cake deco class for them. I've never actually taken a class so this ebook is a lifesaver!!
I gave them three possible dates for the class, and response has been so overwhelming, it looks like I'll be teaching three classes! icon_eek.gif
