All my up coming orders are for cake to feed 60, without making a stacked cake, what size sheet would you do? My largest -12x18 feeds approx 54 on a 2x2 piece. Thinking i may have to go with a 16x16, which would give 64, but i really prefer a rectangle cake. anyone else have other options im not seeing.
TIA

Unless you want to make another 9x13 and make it a 3/4 sheet, I've got nothing. You'd end up with a lot of extra cake that way....

How about putting 2 11x15 sheet cakes together to make a larger cake...

for my big cake I do 2 12 x18 and put together for a full sheet. I do 1 side yellow and one choc. everyone loves it that way. i usually just cut any excess away to feed 60- of couse then I leave that for home (haha).
