Has anyone taken any of her classes? I am seriously thinking about it- her work is beautiful. The prices are reasonable, but the classes seem very condensed. Anyone out there take one?

I have never taken classes from her but she is a fabulous artist.....quite a few of the ladies on www.cakescanada.com have taken classes from her, in fact one of the members is a guest teacher there...being that she is canadian you may get some better response from those ladies....
