ok so I fillowed the microwave meathod for sugared ice and i got yellowed sugar... the out side is tacky not hard any suggestions....

It's important to use granulated cane sugar not beet sugar because the beet sugar reacts differently to heat. icon_sad.gif

Thanks its to bad that you can not tell the difference in beet and cane sugar I bet this is my problem . I will go the the market this afternoon and see if I can find some pure cane sugar
