You will have to use at least a half crisco recipe and artificial clear vanilla. Better to use all crisco. You can also use some whitener or a TINY bit of violet (I think)

My tip is the same, use BC that has no butter, just butter flavoring. I've done a couple with beer foam and you can basically make the bubbles however you want & it looks fine...very easy! Good luck!

I would use no tip at all, just straight through the coupler, and smooth it with a damp finger.

when I did the clouds on my care bear cake I used a 12. it worked great. just keep the tip in the frosting and work it around to make the head. check out the care bear cake in my pic and you can maybe picture it as foam...

The violet trick works. Make your buttercream the same way you always do and as it is mixing just drag a toothpick with a bit of violet on it thru your icing to make it bright white. It works. Be careful you don't add too much violet though.
