But then sometimes on the other hand it makes me kinda sad to think that no matter what I do, I don't think I will ever be that good! But Oh Well!!! I'll just keep on trying! icon_lol.gif

Hm, I wonder if that was one of the classes at Wilton. I know Colette comes in a few times a year to teach. They sell out FAST.

I'd love to take a gumpaste class.

Looks like it's at the Notter School in Orlando Florida. At least that's where the links lead me to when I go to her site and click on classes. Those are seriously AWESOME. I'd love to take some professional classes. LOVE.

I think it's at Wilton. Behind the Top Hats one of the chefs has a Wilton apron on, and when you click on "all sizes" you can spot a lot of Wilton product boxes.
