I have been looking for the old-fashioned type of pencil boxes for a back to school project...You know, the box type, made of cardboard that we all used to have. But have been unable to locate any? Anyone know where I can find a pretty good size quantity of them? I have plastic ones-(Yuck!) but really like the look of the others. Thanks!

Sorry, I'm no help at all-- I've looked for these myself with no luck. I just had to comment about how sad it is that something from my childhood is considered "old fashioned"! icon_biggrin.gif so, so sad.

Good luck! I'll keep my eye out for you.

Hey, look-- I found some. They're plain white, but you could cover them with scrapbook paper or something. Seems like a pretty good price on them.

If you find them please let us know. I've been wanting some myself. The plastic one's just aren't the same and I've thought the "old" style one's would make great cookie bouquet containers. Plus, I'd like to have some for myself in our craft room. Jodie

Michaels has the white ones, and I *think* Walmart might carry them, too.
