I saw a reference on another post to the "upside down frosting technique". I have never seen or heard of this before. icon_confused.gif Will someone please explain this method to me? icon_biggrin.gif

It is a great method - I tried it once so far and had great results.

Seems I learn something almost everyday on CC. Doh! I think I'm addicted. I had no idea of such a technique. Thanks for asking! I shall try it myself!
