If I make drop flowers to put on a cake, how long will it take them to dry so I can place them on the cake? Do I need to freeze them to get them to harden?

No need to put in the freezer, they will harden in a few hours at room temperature!

Overnight is good if you have the time. Depending on the flower, they can be a little soft inside and more delicate to move if I do them the same day. It really depends on the humidity too.
