This is my first attempt on the chocolate clay, it was so much fun!
I made this cake for my niece, she is taking horse back riding lessons and she has her first little competition this sat. So her mom asked that I make a dessert. The horses are made out of chocolate clay I used milk chocolate and butterscotch chips to make it, the butterscotch was a little harder to work with, my daughter said he (light brown horse) looks like a gorilla! LOL! I agree!

Oh and also I ran out of viva papertowels so I used waxpaper to smooth the icing and it worked really well!

awesome did you make your own chocolate clay or did you get it from somewhere? How did you do the butterscotch? Did you just add corn syrup?

I made my own clay, just used corn syrup. I had so much fun I'll be doing this more often!
