This is my first wedding cake. The cake was made for a home reception at the request of a good friend. She offered to pay me $50 for the cake and she would provide the cake topper (it was HUGE). Is that a fair price for this cake? It will serve approx 25 people - so, $2.00 a slice. The tiers are a 6" and 8" covered and filled with cream cheese icing. The fondant pearls and ribbon were colored with claret luster dust. I am so new to this I want to make sure that I am fair to myself and customers.

If she is providing the topper, I would say that is a good price.

I blindfold it in $95.00, for a next one a little but, the decoration is beautiful.
