Does anyone own the floating heart cake stand by wilton? I am thinking of buying one, but would like to know if the plates are interchangeable???
It comes with 16, 12, and 8 inch plates, and I'm wondering if you can just switch those out with different sizes????

Someone just gave me the floating cake stand with the round plates. I haven't actually used it yet. I'm assuming it's made just like the heart one. I just took a look at it and the plates are removable. The plates it comes with have the little "feet" on them. I tried to put the 12" in the 8" spot and the feet get in the way. They don't line up. Though, I don't see why you couldn't use it without the plates. Put your cake on a cardboard base that's been doubled for strength? Just a thought.
