Hello,
I was wondering if I can freeze a cake where the filling is a chocolate pudding - I use a recipe that's actually for a chocolate cream pie, but also works great for filling. Also, the icing is chocolate cream cheese. I'm worried that the filling may get watery when thawed.

TIA

I don't freeze cakes so I can't help you but I'll give you a "bump"

I have read several articles that say not to freeze cream cheese frostings as it changes the texture. Im not sure about the pudding. HTH.

I don't freeze cream cheese. It does change the texture quite a bit.
