i have a box of cake flour...never opened...but it expired in mid march...should i just throw it out...or is it safe to use???

well, if you open it up and there are a lot of little critturs dancing before your eyes I'd say bin it!!
If you open it up and you can't see anything at all (other than the flour), then I'd still bin it if I was using it to feed anyone else other than myself!
